I've been there too.
When my son was born in December 2021, it took a while to find my stride again when it came to postpartum exercise.
I wanted to get back into it, but I no longer had the 1.5+ hours a day for going to yoga classes or the gym.
And it all hit me when my son was about 4 months old - I loved taking walks with him in the carrier, and he was not getting any lighter. In that moment I knew I had to prioritize my strength so I could keep up as he grows.
And so I found a way to create a sustainable, functional, enjoyable exercise routine for this new life as a mom.
This energized me to help dozens of new moms do the same thing.

So many moms come to me and saying “I’m exhausted the last thing I want to do is workout”
Or, I “worry that I might have diastasis recti and I’m doing damage” and “what is even safe to do during pregnancy?”
As cliche as it sounds, LIFE IS TOO SHORT to be worrying about the "perfect" workout, the missed workout, or if what you’re doing is "enough" according to the standards you had a decade ago.
I get it - there is so much conflicting information out there it can be overwhelming to even know where to start.
That’s why my clients work with me, to cut through the noise.
